I am asking for your number one vote, because I am born and raised in Carrum Downs and over the past four years I have seen what it takes to be a representative for our community’s and the need to make fair and balanced decisions to move our community forward.
Carrum Downs has finally started to see funding coming in and we need someone to continue to champion and fight for the funding we need for our growing ward.
Our community are feeling more unsafe than ever and we should always feel safe at home and in our community and safety is a key item and I will work to create a tangible Community Safety Action Plan.
I am a small business owner, I work in governance and compliance. My job is to find the balance between what is legally required and what needs to be done while cutting the bureaucracy and red tape.
If Council is going to be sustainable, we need to lead with a community focus and allow people some breathing room whether it be at home or in business.
I have seen the cost of living pressures that’s effecting everyone and now we have people who are working poor and that’s simply not good enough.
I believe in revitalising Frankston City Centre, building more homes in the city centre rather than our suburbs. As Carrum Downs is becoming more and more congested.
My whole family are born, raised in Carrum Downs. Mother and father life members of the local cricket club, I went to Rowellyn kindergarten and Primary School, and was the inaugural year at Carrum Downs Secondary College.
So I am running to be a representative for the community who has been so good to me and my family and I want to see it continue to get better by building the infrastructure that’s needed for families to thrive or our older residents enjoying their later years.
VOTE 1 STEFFIE CONROY
